Shannon Hickey,

Founder of Conscious Coaching

Who am I?

An advocate for the life changing impact coaching can have

An eternal optimist and total believer in my clients and your endless potential

A student for life.

I’ve been lucky enough to find my calling as a life coach and what motivates me is helping others find their joy by placing their trust in Conscious Coaching.

I am Shannon Hickey; a daughter, sister, partner, and friend.

I am a qualified psychologist, advanced life coach with neuroscience and founder of Conscious Coaching.

What first ignited my belief that I could change my life for the better was a 30-day meditation course.

It was the first time that I had allowed myself to slow down enough to notice that I can control where the focus of my awareness (my thoughts) goes. Being mindful became more like mind empty for me.

This new space brought a nudge to follow my interests and pursue my purpose in life.

I left behind the corporate world and began working on myself, on a mission to get back working with and for people.

Since then, I’ve even been on the journey of being coached, which was life changing for me. (Yes, the teacher was once the pupil!!)

I am now a full-time life coach, helping people find their way back to themselves.
